COVID-19 RESPONSE

Best Practices

The safety and health of our passengers and crew has always been our highest priority, thus we have always operated and are continuously operating under established best practices for sanitization and safety.

To protect our customers and employees from exposure and reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 on-ground, on-board and through air travel, we have enhanced these standards while maintaining our high-quality services.

Our Aircraft

All our aircraft are thoroughly sanitized after every passenger flight using disinfectant. We disinfect all surfaces, including seats, seatbelts, seat pockets, window shades, tables, cup holders, railings, doorknobs, passenger buttons, carpets, and the lavatory.

Hand sanitizer is provided on our flights for the crew and our passengers.

For additional peace of mind, our aircraft are equipped with HEPA air filters which are proven to capture 99% of microbes.

Our Crew

In addition to establishing infection control strategies, all of our employees are subject to on-going, mandatory reminder trainings on food, health and hygiene practices. All employees have their temperatures checked daily. Employees that are feeling ill or show any symptoms of COVID-19 must stay at home until testing or quarantine can be completed.

Our frontline crew (staff that is in direct contact with passengers) wears gloves and masks at all times. We comply with the social distancing guidelines on board and on ground.

The travel regulations for each destination are changing frequently. If you have any questions regarding your flight or charter booking, please contact us.
