However, depending on the location, destination, and freight, there might be specific requirements or documents needed for your travel which can influence the time schedule.

How flexible is my booking? ⮟

We are flexible in case you want to reschedule a flight. Please get in touch with your Account Manager who will be happy to help.

Which payment methods do you offer? ⮟

You can pay either via credit card or bank transfer. If you would like us to arrange an alternative payment method, please speak to your Account Manager.

Do you provide catering on board? ⮟

Yes, we can arrange any type of meal or cuisine if given notice. Please speak to your Account Manager to ensure your dietary requirements are met.

I have already booked an aircraft. Can I still add passengers? ⮟

Yes, as long as you are not exceeding the maximum number of passengers allowed on the aircraft. To avoid any delays on the day of travel, please inform your Account Manager in advance.

Is your fleet of aircraft wheelchair friendly? Can I use a wheelchair on board? ⮟

This depends on the aircraft. Your Account Manager will be able to provide you with detailed information.

Are pets allowed on board? ⮟

Usually yes, but please inform your Account Manager so we can send you the necessary information as some countries require specific documents for pet travel.

What about aircraft safety? ⮟

Our operations & maintenance system is seamless, with all procedures being routinely examined by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. Furthermore, before the annual renewal of our Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) and Aircraft Maintenance Organization Certificate (AMO), the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority carries out an additional audit to ensure all regulations are being followed.

Is VAT included in my quote? ⮟

VAT varies from airport to airport. If VAT needs to be paid, we will mention it in the quote.
